Upstate New York is home to great, unique, and original foods and eateries. We travelled throughout Upstate New York and made videos of some of the best.

Here are the first ten:

Wine." The Finger Lakes region is one of the best landscapes in the U.S. There are over 100 wineries here.

The grape pie is unique to the Finger Lakes region. If you've
never tried one, the it's definitely worth a trip to this beautiful part of Upstate New York

The videos and DVD's -we're looking for ideas

Fifteen videos are done and you can view them on this site.

The first ten are available on DVD. Go to http://www.c3video.com/ to buy our DVD. The next set of five videos are not on DVD yet. We're working on five more for another DVD release.

Upstate New York has many more unique, original foods and eateries. If you have ideas for more videos, let us know here.

The People Who Made "Salt Potatoes"

Steve Keeler is an award winning video producer and a professor at Cayuga Community College in Auburn, NY

Michael Hollingworth is a former BBC producer and correspondent. He has been a visiting professor at Cayuga several times.

Cayuga students Jeff Newell, Sean Horsford, Jade Williams, Dan Carter and Trevor Field worked on the Grape Pie, Spiedie, New Hope Mills, Buffalo Wing, Fish Fry, and Salt Potatoes segments.

Trevor, student teacher Steve Roder, and high school students Colin Hewitt, Ben Keeler and Becca Keeler worked on the Heids, Dinosaur, Ice Wine, and Garbage Plate segments.

Jade is our host and did the narration for eight of the ten segments. Tiffany Collinsworth narrated the Heids segment and Felicia Wickman narrated the Dinosaur segment. They're both Cayuga students.

Doug Brill was our engineer and provided invaluable technical support
